About the Role
The Senior CRM QA Tester will contribute to the CRM Competency Center, focusing on the implementation of Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Customer Onboarding systems. Working within a global delivery team, this role is central to ensuring the quality and functionality of Worldline’s CRM solutions. The position also involves contributing to the development of best practices and supporting the structuring of a Center of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute detailed test plans to confirm software operates as expected.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
- Conduct thorough functional testing to ensure software meets business requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to address issues.
- Implement strategies for testing data-driven workflows and API integrations.
- Uphold QA processes and maintain the integrity of test environments.
- Contribute to user story reviews during sprint planning sessions.
- Ensure compliance with QA documentation standards.
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance roles, including automation testing.
- Proficiency in Salesforce automation testing with Provar or Selenium.
- Experience with CI systems such as GitHub CI, Azure Pipelines, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of Selenium Web Driver and IDE.
- Familiarity with testing workflows involving data-driven processes and API integrations.
- Ability to draft clear and detailed test plans and cases.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Active Salesforce certification is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills; French is a plus.
