About the Role
PROS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is fluent in German to join the team. This role involves identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers for PROS’ cutting-edge software solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and excel at building relationships with prospects. As an SDR, you will play a key role in driving sales pipeline growth and collaborating with sales executives to move leads into active sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent PROS software solutions and lead discovery calls to identify prospects’ needs and challenges.
- Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts using phone, email, and social channels.
- Qualify inbound leads and proactively conduct outbound activities to generate new sales opportunities.
- Nurture relationships with prospects, driving engagement and sales pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with sales executives to set up meetings or calls and transition qualified leads into the sales process.
- Work with sales technology and marketing tools for personalized outreach and lead generation.
- Provide feedback on lead targeting and refinement strategies to improve processes and performance.
- Stay informed on product knowledge and industry trends for professional development.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in B2B phone sales, lead nurturing, and SaaS technology sales (preferred).
- Fluency in German and English.
- Proven track record in selling business-critical applications and experience with Salesforce.com.
- Knowledge of target industries (manufacturing, distribution, travel, transportation, logistics, energy).
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to self-start, and experience in cold calling and building a sales pipeline.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with a talent for delivering value propositions to senior executives.
