About the Role
A Salesforce Solution Architect is needed to support the transition to Salesforce and provide innovative solutions to enhance business processes and drive growth. This position will focus on developing and executing end-to-end architecture for Salesforce solutions, with an emphasis on multi-cloud support for Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud. The role involves collaborating with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to design and implement scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture strategy for Salesforce implementations, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Manage Salesforce configurations, workflows, data models, and integrations with third-party platforms.
- Drive system optimization efforts, ensuring Salesforce solutions align with business objectives.
- Document technical designs, implementation strategies, and governance guidelines.
- Oversee data migration, integration, and troubleshooting efforts across Salesforce platforms.
- Mentor team members and guide them through best practices, security measures, and governance processes.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture.
- Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and work with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Platform App Builder, etc.).
- Strong experience in Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data management.
- Understanding of cloud-based applications, security protocols, and platform governance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Familiarity with ERP and financial system integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Experience with Heroku, B2B/B2C Commerce, and external system architectures.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development tools.
