About the Role

Rockwell Automation, a global leader in technology and innovation, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Solution Architect. This position plays a crucial role in developing and executing a technology strategy that aligns with business objectives, transforming digital experiences, and improving business processes across the company. The Salesforce Solution Architect will partner with both business and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions and create a roadmap for the company’s Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of Salesforce solutions and provide guidance on architectural decisions.
  • Act as an advisor to business and IT leaders during strategic planning to support digital transformation efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop policies and guidelines for consistent technology frameworks across the company.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Translate business requirements into technological solutions that enhance the digital experience.
  • Support the design of tactical architectures and provide insights into the future state IT architecture.
  • Work on integrations with other platforms and systems to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Promote cost-effective and efficient use of infrastructure and applications.
  • Guide the design of strategic technology plans and roadmaps.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in relevant fields, with expertise in Salesforce implementations.
  • Proficient with Service Cloud, GenAI/Einstein, and large enterprise case management implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing technology roadmaps and aligning them with business goals.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design frameworks, integration patterns, and business process modeling.
  • Experience working with Salesforce modules, including Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and others.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with complex integrations and business complexity management.
  • Knowledge of architectural design frameworks and business performance modeling.
  • Proven experience in building strategic technology plans and working with global teams.
