About the Role

The Salesforce Solutions Architect plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, high-impact solutions that integrate AgentSync’s Salesforce application into customers’ core business operations. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex development, and integration technologies. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions that deliver real business value—while also contributing to product evolution and implementation excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and document scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with product capabilities and customer requirements.
  • Lead solution architecture and advise internal and customer development teams through code reviews and design validation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into technical designs.
  • Guide implementation projects and ensure technical solutions are deployed successfully.
  • Write and review Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom APIs.
  • Create technical documentation, integration plans, and test strategies.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality, cost-effective solutions that minimize total cost of ownership.

Required Experience

  • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, APIs).
  • 3+ years in Salesforce architecture roles, designing enterprise-level solutions.
  • Proven track record integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms using tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or Dell Boomi.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, platform limits, and best practices.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical deliverables and managing outsourced dev teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, CI/CD tools, and Git-based version control.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
  • Industry knowledge in insurance, financial services, or compliance software.
  • Experience with Einstein Analytics, Communities, and advanced Salesforce features.
  • Skilled in Salesforce testing frameworks and writing efficient test classes.
  • Strong command of SQL and SOQL for data analysis and integration.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical solutions for diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working cross-functionally.
