About the Role

TITAN is a platform designed for native Salesforce and SAP integration, offering a code-free solution that enhances digital engagement for Salesforce and SAP projects. The role of Salesforce Support Specialist involves assisting partners and clients in successfully implementing and utilizing TITAN products alongside Salesforce and SAP systems. This is a remote position based in the Philippines, providing the opportunity to collaborate with clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • User Management: Manage user accounts and profiles, including creation, modification, and deactivation. Handle user permissions, roles, and access settings to align with job requirements.
  • Data Management: Maintain data accuracy and integrity, perform regular data imports and exports, and manage security and sharing settings.
  • Customization and Configuration: Configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, page layouts, formulas, and record types.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions to ensure effective use of Salesforce. Provide ongoing support, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative remote setting.
  • Fluency in English, with professional communication skills.
  • Availability to work in the US Central Time Zone.
