About the Role

Marine Credit Union is seeking a motivated Salesforce Administrator to join its agile technology team. This entry-level position is ideal for professionals with foundational experience in Salesforce and nCino who are eager to grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment. The role is fully remote, but candidates must be based in Wisconsin. This administrator will collaborate closely with business users, analysts, and senior system administrators to maintain and optimize the Salesforce platform to support evolving business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine data audits and system maintenance to ensure integrity and accuracy
  • Administer Salesforce and nCino platforms, including managing user accounts, permissions, and configuration settings
  • Serve as the first point of contact for user support and issue resolution
  • Support system upgrades, data feeds, and integration processes
  • Assist with feature development, testing, and deployment initiatives
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for platform configurations and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business needs
  • Contribute to broader technology initiatives led by the Project Management Department
  • Perform additional duties as needed in response to organizational priorities

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Associate degree and relevant experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years working within a financial institution or 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
  • Prior experience in the financial services or credit union sector is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred

Certifications

  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Basic understanding of banking operations and financial services
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and critical evaluation skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe)
