About the Role

A Salesforce Technical Architect is needed to lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable Salesforce solutions. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to convert business needs into technical solutions that enhance business outcomes across various Salesforce Clouds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and other clouds.
  • Lead the technical execution of Salesforce projects, including integration, data migration, and custom development.
  • Serve as the primary technical expert for Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Define coding standards, development processes, and deployment strategies.
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and administrators.
  • Gather and assess technical and business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of Salesforce architecture with the overall enterprise architecture.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and other customizations on the platform.
  • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases and innovations, evaluating their impact and potential improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven expertise with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and sharing rules.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP, middleware, etc.).
  • Proficiency in DevOps practices, including tools such as Git, Copado, or Gearset.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits and performance considerations.
  • Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft, Heroku, or other Salesforce ecosystem products.
  • Previous experience in industries such as Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
