About the Role
The Salesforce Tech Lead will oversee the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions, focusing on CPQ, Core Salesforce, and Experience Cloud. This role involves leading a team of developers, translating business requirements into scalable technical designs, and ensuring the successful implementation of high-quality solutions that meet organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor Salesforce developers on design, coding, and best practices.
- Establish development standards and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Act as the technical liaison, aligning business goals with technical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
- Oversee the development of Salesforce components, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, triggers, workflows, and automation tools.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized for CPQ, Core Salesforce, and Experience Cloud.
- Lead Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Manage data migration efforts, maintaining data quality and integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and data challenges.
- Manage technical delivery, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct code reviews and oversee unit testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for project success.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, features, and industry trends.
- Recommend enhancements to optimize system performance and user experience.
- Foster a learning-driven culture within the development team.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of Salesforce development experience, including expertise in CPQ, Core Salesforce, and Experience Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations and data management practices.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding development teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Preferred certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist, or Experience Cloud Consultant.
