About the Role

Armacell offers a variety of career opportunities, and we invite you to bring your talent to our team to make an impact globally. As a Salesforce Technical Inhouse Specialist, you will support and customize Armacell’s global Salesforce.com sales cloud, serving 500+ users.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Salesforce Solution Architect and Salesforce Administrators to manage projects and daily operations.
  • Customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the Salesforce Team.
  • Lead and mentor the Salesforce Admin and Analyst team by offering best practices, functionality insights, and effective solutions.
  • Resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Evaluate change requests and provide input on feasibility, effort, and potential benefits.
  • Track Salesforce releases, minimize service disruptions, and educate administrators on new features and updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce’s core cloud features.
  • Experience with Salesforce automation tools like Workflow Rules and Flows.
  • Proficient communication skills in English and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Preferred: Salesforce certifications – Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator.
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Gearset).
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments.
  • Self-driven with a strong passion for Salesforce development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts.
