About the Role
This position serves as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, guiding them through successful FinDock implementations and providing ongoing support. The role focuses on maximizing the potential of Salesforce and FinDock to address complex use cases and overcome challenges. Combining expertise in Salesforce, FinDock, and payments, this role involves sharing best practices, empowering users, and ensuring customer success throughout their journey.
Responsibilities
- Resolve technical and functional challenges for customers and partners.
- Lead onboarding calls and provide hands-on support during implementation to ensure smooth go-lives.
- Assist partners in configuring FinDock to meet unique customer requirements.
- Develop self-service resources such as FAQs, guides, and blog posts.
- Stay updated on Salesforce, FinDock, and payment trends.
- Share insights with the product team to influence ongoing improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2 years of Salesforce experience (consultant, admin, or developer roles) and prior experience in SaaS customer success, support, or consulting.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, customer-focused approach, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a passion for Salesforce and payments. Multilingual abilities are a plus (English required; Spanish, French, or German preferred).
- Mindset: Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to achieving results.
