About the Role

AAA Washington seeks a Salesforce Administrator to provide advanced administrative support for Salesforce Financial Cloud and Field Service platforms. The role involves system optimization, change management, troubleshooting, and ensuring effective collaboration across business teams. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive operational efficiency and contribute to the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize Salesforce systems including Sales, Service, and Field Service Clouds.
  • Manage user setups, profiles, roles, permissions, and report generation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.
  • Identify and resolve issues with system integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead system maintenance including security reviews and release updates.
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation for ongoing platform improvements.
  • Optimize data quality, automate workflows, and enhance Salesforce functionality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and Field Service module.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, and reporting.
  • Certification as a Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) preferred.
  • Agile and Waterfall project delivery experience.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and others.
