About the Role

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will focus on Salesforce Flow automation and CPQ optimization to improve efficiency across Sales, Finance, and Operations. This position calls for a hands-on expert capable of working independently, aligning system capabilities with business needs, and delivering high-quality solutions across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage complex Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, Screen Flows) to support automation across multiple teams.
  • Administer and improve Salesforce CPQ, including pricing rules, product configuration, quote templates, and contracts.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into scalable solutions, and offer training as needed.
  • Define business requirements, document system behavior, and design functional specifications.
  • Maintain user roles, permission sets, profiles, record types, and layouts to enhance usability and control.
  • Monitor system usage and performance; identify areas for optimization.
  • Lead seasonal Salesforce updates and manage the release lifecycle with minimal disruption.
  • Document system configurations and processes and maintain updated training materials.
  • Handle Tier 2/3 Salesforce support cases.
  • Maintain and improve integrations with tools such as ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and Outlook; assist with upcoming tech integrations.
  • Create and manage standard and custom reports and dashboards.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
  • 2+ years working with Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick); CPQ Specialist Certification preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flows, including error handling and complex logic.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator Certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and declarative tools.
  • Experience with sandbox management, deployment planning, and release coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.
  • Effective communicator with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Apex, SOQL, or Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CLI, VSCode, and GearSet.
  • Understanding of data governance principles and DevOps processes.
  • Awareness of Salesforce AI agent capabilities is a plus.
