About the Role
Distalmotion is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator & Architect to join our Transformation Office. This role is crucial in optimizing Salesforce to support business needs, working closely with stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions. The role goes beyond administration, involving system architecture and development responsibilities, positioning you as a key platform owner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce instances (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and oversee system performance
- Design and implement scalable architecture, automation, and security models
- Implement configurations, workflows, validation rules, and process automation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Manage data import/export, deduplication, and data integrity
- Handle user management, including profiles, roles, and permission sets
- Coordinate sandbox strategy, deployments, and release management
- Oversee backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity
- Collaborate with developers on larger projects and provide support documentation
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience
- Salesforce Admin certification and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required
- Platform App Builder or Architect certifications preferred
- Expert-level knowledge in Flow, Process Builder, validation rules, and Lightning App Builder
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex, SOQL is a plus
- Knowledge of data integration and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
- Experience in a regulated environment is desirable
- Fluent in English
