About the Role

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the Salesforce platform while supporting users across the organization. This position involves configuring system enhancements, managing integrations, and mentoring junior team members. The right candidate will be comfortable handling both technical problem-solving and collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
  • Manage system configurations, including flows, custom metadata types, permissions, and user management.
  • Ensure strong security controls and data access management.
  • Oversee integrations with third-party applications and solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and execute improvements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay informed on Salesforce updates and recommend beneficial enhancements.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving support requests as needed.

Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong skills in documentation and process management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Experience Cloud and CPQ or Revenue Cloud.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications.
