About the Role

This role calls for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the configuration, development, and optimization of Salesforce environments across multiple departments. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success, this role will drive process improvements, build scalable solutions, and support a data-driven culture at ButterflyMX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce-based solutions
  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce configurations including Flows, Process Builder, custom objects, and validation rules
  • Conduct technical design sessions and document solution architectures
  • Build reports and dashboards using Salesforce CRM Analytics or Tableau
  • Oversee data migrations and third-party system integrations
  • Ensure system integrity through testing, code reviews, and ongoing maintenance
  • Proactively research new Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements
  • Troubleshoot issues, act as an escalation point, and provide internal user support
  • Create and maintain documentation to support future scalability
  • Implement best practices in CRM design, automation, and data quality

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Salesforce configuration, development, and administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (additional certifications a plus)
  • Strong background with Process Builder, Flows, validation rules, and security controls
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Salesforce CRM Analytics
  • Proven ability to gather and define business requirements and system designs
  • Experience documenting business processes and technical solutions
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certifications
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech-forward organization
  • Exposure to data visualization, AI tools, and automation platforms
