For those drawn to this way of working, an opportunity is open within the FinCrime team for a Salesforce Administrator. Reporting to an Engineering Manager, this role focuses on developing solutions to support FinCrime workflows on the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong performance of Salesforce systems and applications.
- Upgrade and configure Salesforce for smoother integration with other tools.
- Manage roles, profiles, sharing settings, workflows, and user groups.
- Carry out database maintenance, run diagnostic tests, and handle duplicate data.
- Document processes, including error logs and changes to field history.
- Prepare reports for FinCrime and other departments.
- Discuss CRM needs with project leads.
- Contribute to design discussions and administer Salesforce tools for the FinCrime area.
- Support the growth and use of Salesforce across FinCrime.
- Design workflows, case management features, and integrate with third-party SaaS systems.
- Address and fix technical issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification, or comparable Trailhead experience.
- 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration in a similar environment.
- Deep understanding of managing and maintaining Salesforce systems.
- Skilled in creating and managing Salesforce databases.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and their functions.
- Ability to train and support users.
