About the Role
A new opportunity is available for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join the growing Technology team at Composition Wealth’s Seattle, WA office. This full-time, hybrid position is central to enhancing and maintaining the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform and supporting advisory and operational teams. The role is ideal for professionals with a strong Salesforce background who are eager to contribute to a collaborative environment and build scalable, strategic solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead Salesforce admin and subject matter expert for the Financial Services Cloud platform
- Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows using Flow Builder, custom objects, and declarative tools
- Manage and improve CRM data integrity, conduct data migrations (especially during M&A), and oversee deployment processes
- Lead platform enhancements and integration initiatives aligned with firm goals and industry best practices
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, technical support, and user training/documentation across teams
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities with a focus on scalable architecture
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills
- Ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
- Proficiency with Salesforce release cycles and AppExchange solutions relevant to financial services
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including 2+ years in Financial Services Cloud or related environments
- Proven expertise in building Flows, managing large-scale data migrations, and integrating with external systems
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required); Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification (preferred)
- Experience in regulated industries such as RIAs, broker-dealers, or financial planning firms
