About the Role

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be the primary expert for managing and improving our Salesforce CPQ platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering, you will design, develop, and maintain customized CPQ solutions that are scalable and efficient. This remote position favors candidates in the Greater New York Metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the Salesforce CPQ platform, ensuring its integrity and performance.
• Design and manage complex product bundles that align with pricing and product strategies.
• Develop product rules (selection, validation, and alert rules) to enhance the sales experience.
• Implement price rules, discount schedules, and pricing models to meet dynamic business requirements.
• Lead system improvements, upgrades, and integrations with other business platforms.
• Design automation workflows for quoting, approval, and deal lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues through root cause analysis.
• Provide training and documentation for internal users and business partners.
• Support additional duties in line with departmental goals and company objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration, with 3+ years specializing in Salesforce CPQ.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies, Computer Science, or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification (strongly preferred).
• Expertise in configuring complex product bundles and managing nested bundle logic.
• Deep knowledge of Product Rules for advanced use cases.
• Experience managing Price Rules, Pricing Conditions, and Lookup Queries.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Flows (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows).
• Familiarity with Document Generation tools (Conga, DocuSign CLM) and DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
