About the Role

This role is part of the Commercial Operations team and focuses on maintaining and managing the Labcorp BLS CRM system (Salesforce) and related tools. The Senior Salesforce System Administrator provides technical and operational support, ensuring smooth day-to-day system performance and assisting users across various departments

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead administration of the Labcorp BLS Salesforce CRM system, including full system knowledge, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Sales, Proposal Management, Marketing, Finance, and Contracts to maintain effective Salesforce usage.
  • Translate business needs into functional system requirements for commercial projects, serving as the technical lead.
  • Manage and uphold Salesforce governance processes within Labcorp BLS.
  • Apply knowledge of Salesforce automation, Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, Active Directory, and IIS to support system functionality.
  • Communicate clearly to promote system adoption and provide training and support to users.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent attention to detail and persistence balanced by tact.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification required.
  • Experience supporting B2B sales teams.
  • Preferred certifications include Salesforce Platform App Builder and Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.
  • Experience in the life sciences sector is a plus.
