About the Company

Make-A-Wish® Canada is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join the team in Toronto. This full-time, permanent, hybrid position reports to the Senior Manager of Business Applications. This role involves overseeing the daily support, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce. Responsibilities include managing system enhancements, integrations, change control processes, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to support organizational goals.

About the Role

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator at Make-A-Wish® Canada, you’ll lead the ongoing support, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. You’ll manage system enhancements, ensure data quality, support users, and drive key projects that help us grant life-changing wishes to children across Canada. This full-time, hybrid position is based in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee design, development, and rollout of updates to Salesforce environments
  • Manage change control, DevOps processes, and ensure proper testing and documentation
  • Coordinate projects related to Salesforce, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
  • Provide user support and resolve system, process, and data issues
  • Perform system administration tasks including user account management, workflows, and reports
  • Support and mentor the Salesforce Administrator
  • Maintain data quality and manage integrations and automation
  • Act as a technical expert, advising on CRM best practices and new functionalities
  • Serve as a liaison between users, vendors, and development partners

What You Bring

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (CRT101) required
  • 5+ years of experience in a system administrator role managing a full Salesforce environment
  • 3+ years of experience loading and managing complex data sets
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce features, including building apps, workflows, and custom objects
  • Strong data management skills and high attention to detail
  • Experience with Salesforce Classic and Lightning (migration experience is an asset)
  • Familiarity with NonProfit Success Pack (NPSP), Form Assembly, Fundraise Up, S-Docs, and Demand Tools is an asset
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and expert-level Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach
  • Experience in nonprofit settings is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
  • Clear criminal background check required

Work Environment

  • Hybrid arrangement (two days in the office, three days remote)
  • Occasional evening or weekend hours
  • Some travel, including overnight stays, may be required
  • Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
