About the Role

This position calls for an experienced Salesforce professional with expertise in Financial Services Cloud. The role focuses on developing and maintaining the Salesforce instance to meet complex business needs. As part of a collaborative and agile team, this position requires creating user-friendly solutions, managing system integrity, and working alongside teammates to achieve objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage expertise in Financial Services Cloud to support business processes, with additional knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud considered an advantage.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce applications, including custom objects, fields, flows, and reports.
  • Configure databases with advanced features like dynamic Lightning pages and complex formulas.
  • Maintain data accuracy and security protocols.
  • Train and support users in Salesforce tools, apps, and best practices.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend process improvements.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable system changes or enhancements.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver well-structured Salesforce solutions.
  • Test and troubleshoot systems, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
  • Document system processes and maintain up-to-date records for reference.
  • Guide junior team members and contribute to their professional growth.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Deep knowledge of Financial Services Cloud is required.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform administration, with at least 4 years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience with unit testing and deploying change sets from sandbox environments.
  • Strong familiarity with software development practices and project management methodologies.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data tables, formulas).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks with precision.
  • A proactive approach to resolving challenges and completing tasks efficiently.

Education and Certifications

  • Completion of some college coursework is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
