About the Role
QuadReal is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with Marketing Cloud experience to join the Enterprise Solutions team. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud platforms, ensuring they align with business goals and operate efficiently. The successful candidate will oversee platform configurations, maintain data integrity, and support automation initiatives for sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce CRM Administration
- Manage Salesforce CRM, including user setup, security configurations, profiles, and permissions.
- Configure workflows, approval processes, page layouts, and Lightning components for optimal functionality.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business insights.
- Oversee system integrations and resolve data flow issues between Salesforce and connected platforms.
- Conduct regular data audits to uphold data integrity standards.
Marketing Cloud Administration
- Manage modules within Marketing Cloud, such as Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Audience Builder.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and optimize customer journeys and marketing campaigns.
- Manage data extensions and contact lists to ensure accurate audience segmentation and targeting.
- Develop and maintain automations supporting marketing communications and workflows.
- Monitor campaign performance and offer actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Platform Support
- Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce and Marketing Cloud user support and training.
- Gather business requirements and recommend platform enhancements.
- Coordinate with IT teams and third-party vendors for system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Support ongoing initiatives, including onboarding new business units to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Background in database server development, optimization, and support.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201).
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud certifications (Marketing Cloud Email Specialist preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud APIs, SQL, and AMPscript.
- Strong knowledge of CRM best practices, marketing automation, and customer data management.
- Proficiency in building reports, dashboards, workflows, and automations in Salesforce.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder).
- Knowledge of data integration tools such as MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud Connect, or similar platforms.
- Background in marketing or experience working alongside marketing teams.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant or Developer) are advantageous.
- Previous experience in the real estate or property management sector is considered a strong asset.
