About the Role
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionalities (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) and admin tools
- Ability to create advanced reports and dashboards
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Experience with integrations (API, middleware, etc.)
- Knowledge of SOQL/SQL, relational databases, and ETL processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce environment management (configuration, maintenance, monitoring)
- Creating and modifying automation rules (e.g., Flow)
- User administration: managing profiles, roles, permissions, and access
- Developing reports and dashboards to support operations and strategy
- Implementing best practices for security and system performance
- Collaborating with business and system analysts to achieve business goals
- Managing the Salesforce admin team
- Troubleshooting technical issues and supporting users
