About the Role

A skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator is needed to join the GTM Tech team within the Wise Platform Squad. This role focuses on designing and implementing robust, scalable processes using Salesforce and related tools, with a strong impact on business operations from day one. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple regions will be essential to deliver high-quality technology solutions and transform business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Define, configure, and customize the Salesforce platform and supporting tools to optimize business workflows across different teams.
  • Lead impactful projects, including the development of comprehensive sales journeys for both rapid deal cycles and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Enablement and RevOps teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver tailored business solutions.
  • Maintain a clear backlog of initiatives, continuously identifying opportunities to scale processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a Senior Salesforce Administrator, with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and associated GTM technologies.
  • Proven ability to build complex lead journeys integrated with marketing nurture programs.
  • Strategic thinking and practical problem-solving skills to translate business goals into effective technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with teams in EMEA, APAC, and North America.
  • Comfortable working with global stakeholders and in dynamic, fast-paced environments (experience in startups is a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, including standard/custom objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, record types, reports, dashboards, and advanced use of Salesforce Flow builder.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance GTM processes (e.g., Agentforce).

  • Deployment: DevOps, Gearset, Copado
  • Marketing & Lead Generation: HubSpot, Marketing Cloud (Pardot), Braze
  • Lead Enrichment: Cognism, ZoomInfo, Clay, Apollo
  • Integration & Automation: Workato, Zapier, Mulesoft
  • Admin Tools: Data Loader, Workbench, Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce Inspector
  • AI: Agentforce, Gemini, Credal.ai

Certifications

  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM201)
  • Advanced Administrator (CRT211/ADX211)
  • Platform App Builder (CRT403)

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with CLM tools (DocuSign, Juro).
  • Familiarity with Data Cloud.
