About the Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply advanced Salesforce expertise in a fast-moving and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions to meet client needs.
- Configuring Salesforce objects, including fields, record types, list views, and layouts.
- Managing permissions through roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Conducting system maintenance such as security reviews, release updates, health checks, and Salesforce Optimizer.
- Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
- Integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems using tools like MuleSoft.
- Providing technical support and addressing issues related to Salesforce implementations.
- Maintaining and improving existing Salesforce environments for optimal performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Salesforce’s data and security models and best practices.
- Integration Skills: Experience with integration tools like MuleSoft.
- Additional Skills: familiarity with Pardot/Account Engagement; knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and/or Agentforce is an advantage.
- Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer, or Consultant.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced setting.
