About the Role

The Senior Salesforce Administrator plays a critical role in designing and implementing scalable, cross-functional Salesforce solutions that support operational excellence and revenue growth. This role supports the full lead-to-cash lifecycle across departments including sales, finance, client services, and legal. Ideal candidates bring a combination of technical expertise, business process insight, and strong leadership capabilities to drive adoption, automation, and continuous improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and deployment of Salesforce-based enablement tools aligned to strategic business objectives
  • Manage and enhance Xpansiv’s Salesforce environment, including configuration of workflows, automations, custom objects, page layouts, user permissions, and third-party integrations
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that optimize usability and process efficiency
  • Drive platform adoption and deliver enablement resources through documentation, training, and stakeholder communication
  • Perform ongoing system maintenance, including release management, security audits, and optimization reviews
  • Identify underutilized platform capabilities and define improvement roadmaps
  • Support commercial workflows including contracting, forecasting, and sales pipeline reporting
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across geographies and disciplines to deliver aligned outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years, or Master’s with 5+ years, of Salesforce solution delivery in SaaS, professional services, or financial environments
  • 2–4 years of experience managing matrixed teams across regions, products, or departments
  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications required; additional certifications (CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and other web scripting languages
  • Expertise in Salesforce configuration, performance monitoring, and user adoption strategies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams
  • Skilled in business process analysis with a passion for automation and operational improvement
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing environments
