About the Role
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will contribute to building Salesforce capabilities that improve efficiencies and service for colleagues and customers. Your expertise in Salesforce development will be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and implement components within Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Deliver high-quality code independently, meeting project deadlines and budget targets.
- Participate in all project phases, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Stay current on Salesforce updates and evaluate their applicability to business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Salesforce projects with full lifecycle involvement.
- Strong skills in Apex (triggers, batch, queueable jobs, REST services).
- Expertise in UI development using Lightning Web Components.
- Deep understanding of software product development and DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD, Jira).
- Experience with platform integrations, APIs, architectural design, and software engineering patterns.
- Proven background in multiple programming languages and complex system integrations.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and develop solutions with limited guidance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
- Visualforce and Aura components development.
