About the Role
Dynatrace is seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing Business Systems organization (Corporate IT) and support the integration of Salesforce. This hybrid role is based in our Boston office, requiring two days per week on-site. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in configuring and designing Salesforce Revenue Cloud, focusing on the development and maintenance of our CPQ and Billing solutions, ensuring seamless Quote-to-Cash processes and integration with other enterprise systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Salesforce solutions for usage-based pricing and billing, handling consumption models and product associations.
- Create, test, debug, and document solutions using Salesforce tools such as Flow, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, and APIs.
- Write detailed documentation for process flows, technical objects, release steps, and solution designs.
- Participate in sprint planning, story estimation, and solution documentation, adhering to Agile and SDLC principles.
- Ensure all solutions pass testing and meet Salesforce security, data privacy, and governance standards.
- Proficiency in CPQ functionalities, including usage billing, amendments, and renewals, is preferred.
- Build custom solutions and integrations for usage-based billing and AI bot customizations.
- Experience with Salesforce Deployment tools like Copado and DevOps center.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Developer or Consultant paths, are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $120K – $150K (based on experience), plus benefits including Health, Dental, Life insurance, 401K, and PTO.
