About the Role

Gurobi Optimization is seeking a passionate and dedicated Salesforce Developer to optimize and enhance the Salesforce platform, driving sales productivity and operational efficiency. In this role, the Salesforce Developer will work closely with various teams to design, develop, and implement solutions tailored to business needs. As a key player in the Salesforce ecosystem, the developer will lead POC initiatives, resolve technical issues, and improve the platform’s performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build custom Salesforce applications and support sales teams in solving complex business challenges.
  • Implement, configure, and maintain solutions for marketing automation, sales, and service cloud functionalities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, enhance system functionality, and ensure smooth data integrations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports for system improvements.
  • Lead adoption and training efforts for new Salesforce features.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and LWC.
  • Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and working with Salesforce security models.
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Developer) required; Platform Developer II certification is a plus.
  • Experience with third-party integrations such as DocuSign, Conga, Quip.
  • Strong knowledge of lead-to-cash business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
