About the Role

This position supports the global Salesforce CRM program, contributing to a unified platform used by Sales and Services teams worldwide. The role involves close collaboration with business leads and enterprise architects to shape and manage the platform’s structure, integration points, and user support models. Consistency, scalability, and business alignment will be key priorities in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to shape platform strategy and integration with backend systems
  • Support model compliance and adapt processes to meet evolving business needs
  • Lead the implementation of custom Salesforce applications, workflows, and components
  • Provide technical direction to junior developers and cross-functional teams
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable development plans
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to ongoing improvements
  • Support deployments, manage version control, and troubleshoot post-go-live issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Strong command of LWC, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and advanced Salesforce Flows
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
  • Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security, and data modeling
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and secure data exchange (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
  • Skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development frameworks
  • Understanding of database concepts and ETL processes
  • Experience using Copado DevOps tools and automated test scripting
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and source control practices
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Salesforce Developer certification preferred
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Mulesoft knowledge is a plus
