About the Role

The Senior Salesforce Solution Architect will lead the design and optimization of Salesforce processes, focusing on Sales and Service Cloud solutions that scale with company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and design comprehensive Salesforce solutions with clear architecture and process documentation.
  • Provide technical leadership by guiding development teams and evaluating third-party tools.
  • Customize Salesforce features such as Apex, Lightning, Territory Management, Lead Routing, and integrations with tools like Certinia and Gainsight.
  • Architect data integrations and oversee precise migrations.
  • Address system performance and scalability challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards while enforcing governance.
  • Collaborate across departments including Sales, Marketing, Support, and Finance.
  • Present solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior staff and lead best practice sessions.

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with at least 5 years in senior architect roles.
  • 7+ Salesforce certifications, including Application & System Architect and CPQ.
  • Hands-on experience with LeanData, ZoomInfo, D&B, Reltio, Apex, Lightning, and complex integrations.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes such as lead management and quoting.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Startup experience and 13+ Salesforce certifications, including B2B Solution Architect.
  • Knowledge of Billing, Commerce Cloud, Einstein Analytics.
  • Experience in the tech industry and project management.
  • Advanced degrees or additional certifications.
