About the Role
The Salesforce Systems Administrator will support the U.S. Tower division’s Data and Digital Solutions team, overseeing Salesforce administration, system enhancements, and user support. This role involves configuring and maintaining the Salesforce platform, managing integrations, troubleshooting issues, and developing solutions that improve operational efficiency. The position requires cross-functional collaboration to ensure platform reliability and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & Configuration
- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, and security settings.
- Customize objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and workflows.
- Oversee data management transactions and system maintenance.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Act as the primary contact for technical support and issue resolution.
- Diagnose and resolve functional and data-related issues.
- Support integration troubleshooting between Salesforce and associated systems.
Enhancements & Process Improvement
- Design and implement enhancements to Salesforce applications.
- Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and system improvements.
- Implement best practices for governance, compliance, and security settings.
User Training & Documentation
- Develop training materials and lead workshops for internal and external users.
- Provide one-on-one support and ensure users understand system functionality.
- Document processes, automations, and system updates.
Data & Reporting
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations.
- Collaborate with BI teams to integrate Salesforce data into analytics platforms.
- Analyze data trends and recommend system improvements.
Collaboration & Roadmap Management
- Work closely with internal teams, Project Management Organization, and leadership to prioritize enhancements.
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap.
- Evaluate new Salesforce products and add-ons for potential functionality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or a similar role.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
- Experience delivering scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Strong knowledge of IT processes, business concepts, and project management methodologies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience evaluating Salesforce add-ons and extensions.
- Background in customer service and user training.
