About the Role
This leadership opportunity focuses on driving innovation and efficiency in the Go-To-Market (GTM) systems of a company renowned for its contributions to Experience Management. With over 18,000 clients worldwide, the position plays a central role in ensuring scalability and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and oversee the GTM technology stack to support organizational growth.
- Lead a high-performing, collaborative team across various functions.
- System Oversight
- Manage the design, integration, and optimization of Salesforce and other GTM systems.
- Establish and maintain an efficient Quote-to-Cash process.
- Data Management
- Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure the accuracy and availability of core GTM datasets.
- Enable quick and reliable integration of software and services dependent on this data.
- Collaboration
- Partner with leaders in sales, marketing, and customer success to align on technology needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for addressing challenges and identifying solutions.
- Subscription Billing
- Oversee subscription billing systems and their integration with related platforms.
Qualifications
- Over 15 years of experience in engineering, product development, and GTM systems within global B2B SaaS organizations.
- At least 8 years of leadership experience with geographically distributed teams.
- Expertise in Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong experience with subscription billing systems and Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Proven success in managing software projects, including requirement gathering, acceptance criteria, testing, and implementation.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and data governance practices.
