How we gained additional exposure for our client just a week before Dreamforce '25
With Dreamforce only days away, Breadwinner’s Team did insightful research over the AgentExchange marketplace and noticed that in October’25 it reached the threshold of 100 apps, with Breadwinner as a solution provider contributing a significant number of Salesforce apps to reach this threshold (they had 4 apps listed at that time), which sounded like an interesting PR occasion for Breadwinner Marketing Team.
With initial conversations starting in April’25 and after a live meeting on London’s Calling in June’25, SFApps Team started cooperating with Breadwinner in the area of content marketing services in July’25. Thanks to a proactive approach and a deep understanding of SEO, this cooperation quickly grew into a real partnership: the client felt safe to ask for the opinion of SFApps’ Team on any marketing-related question, send a quick request for change, or suggest their own idea, since he knew that the team would attend to it thoughtfully and properly.
On the evening of October 7th, Anthony, Breadwinner Marketing Director, reached out to the SFApps Team with a request for “some help” and the Team quickly hopped on a call intrigued by the idea. Breadwinner shared a concise press release and key stats they already had by hand.
Position Breadwinner as a major player and contributor to the AgentExchange scene within the Salesforce community by Dreamforce ’25.
So the SFApps Team accepted the challenge, and the countdown of 3 working days for the whole PR campaign began.

While we indeed had a draft of the press release, including a quote from Breadwinner’s Co-Founder, we understood that to gain the attention of the Salesforce community, we needed to do a deep and stats-rich research over the AgentExchange marketplace. So we reviewed the materials, verified the milestone with our own research, and added context about AgentExchange growth. We shaped the story around why this matters now for admins, partners, and ISVs. Our distribution plan focused on Salesforce portals, respected authors’ social profiles, newsletters, and a concise announcement they could cite in conversations.

To maximize reach and credibility, the campaign combined data research, storytelling, content creation, and targeted distribution.
